General Terms
By accessing the Rokmex Biocare Pvt. Ltd. website, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice
Franchisee Agreement
Franchisees must operate strictly within their assigned territory. Any violation of territorial agreements may result in termination as per the signed franchise agreement.
Product Information
We strive to provide accurate and current information about our products; however, we do not guarantee that all information will always be up to date.
Payment Policy
All payments must be made on a "To Pay" basis in advance. We do not offer credit facilities. Payments should be deposited into the company’s designated bank account before an invoice is generated.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kurukshetra, Haryana, India.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
Order cancellations are only permitted within 12 hours of placing the order.
Refunds
Refunds are only available for packaging issues or manufacturing defects. Approved refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment within 30 days.
Return Policy
Goods with packaging issues or manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days from the billing date. Returned items will be credited towards future orders; cash or cheque refunds will not be issued.
Payment Flow
Order Placement
Once an order is placed, a proforma invoice will be generated that reflects the total cost, including shipping and taxes.
Payment Methods
Payments can be made via various methods, including net banking, Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, or direct bank transfers.
Confirmation
Upon successful payment, a confirmation message will be sent to the customer’s registered WhatsApp number by our staff member.
Shipping
Ordered products will be shipped once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Goods will be delivered to the address provided during the order process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accurate.
